- Cuci ayam.. rebus ayam juga telur.. sisih kan.. lalu sy goreng ayamnya lg gk terlalu garing (boleh di skip).
- Tumis sereh dan daun jeruk.. lalu masukan bumbu halusnya.. oseng² sampe wangi.. masukan ayam dan telur.. beri lada, kaldu jamur, gula & garam.. icip rasa.
