- Prepare 3 sdm of tepung beras.

Dori Sambal Matah instructions
- Potong2 ikan dori, lumuri jeruk nipis. Diamkan 15 mnt, cuci bersih. Adonan tepung : campur tepung bumbu, tepung beras, air, garam dan lada. Celup ikan dori dlm tepung, goreng di minyak panas. (Sy 2 kali menggoreng, pertama setengaj matang, angkat, dinginkan goreng kembali hingga kecoklatan utk hasil yg lbh crispy). Sisihkan.
